Massage therapy provides a calm, relaxing environment focused on physical and mental well-being. Using the healing power of touch, massage therapy helps everyone alleviate pain, ease muscle tension, and reduce stress. All massage therapy sessions are conducted by a licensed massage therapist.

Swedish massage
Uses gentle strokes and kneading to
relax the muscles.
Deep tissue
Vigorous treatment targets deeper muscle layers and connective tissue.
Sports massage
Prevent and treat injuries before or after strenuous activity.
Prenatal massage
Gentle technique provides relief in the later months of pregnancy.

Monday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. | 2 p.m.- 5 p.m.
Tuesday: 1 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Thursday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. | 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The Wellness Center requires a 24-hour notification when cancelling a scheduled appointment.
Within 24 hours of appointment:
– If no appearance for an appointment, a payment in full is required.
– If an appointment is rescheduled, a $25 rescheduling fee is required.
