The Create Healthy Wellness Center will host a 2024 Summer Youth Activities Preview to promote youth programming and activities available this summer throughout the Fredericksburg area. The free, drop-in event is open to the public and will take place May 3 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Create Healthy Wellness Center.
“This event is a fantastic opportunity for parents and caregivers to learn about some of the awesome summer activities and programs available for kids, right here in town,” said Dawn Bourgeois, Create Heathy Wellness Center director. “Create Healthy wants all children to have the opportunity to be active, have fun, and be safe this summer.
Local organizations will be on hand to promote their summer programming, and parents will be able to register their children for programs and activities during the event. The 2024 Summer Youth Activities Preview will also include light refreshments and giveaways.
