2025 Fit Kids Camp Registration

Two Options to Register:

1. Download and fill out registration forms and waivers. Submit completed forms via email here.

2. Download, print, and fill out registration forms and waivers. Bring completed forms and waivers to the Create Healthy Wellness Center.

Fit Kids Fall/Winter Camps Information

Ages: 5 – 12

Hours: Weekdays 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Cost: $165/Week | $50/Day (Transportation and special event fees apply)

Space is limited to 40 campers per week, and registration is required.
