Create Healthy exists to strengthen the health and well-being of every person and community across the Hill Country.

Our purpose is simple: to help people live healthier, more connected lives by supporting programs, partnerships, and initiatives that make a lasting difference.

We are guided by three core principles in all we do: to keep people and communities first; to pursue strategic and systemic change; and to be accountable stewards of our resources. These values shape how we invest and how we work alongside others to create meaningful impact.

Known collectively as Create Healthy, the organization includes Create Healthy Management and Create Healthy Foundation. Together, these entities are responsible for managing and distributing the charitable assets made possible through the sale of Hill Country Memorial Hospital and its foundation, ensuring those resources continue to serve the Hill Country for generations to come.
