Everyone knows that jumping in the pool for a few laps or a water aerobics class is great exercise — not to mention a great way to beat the Texas heat! But did you also know swimming offers a number of additional health benefits?

Swim Classes & Lessons for All Ages
Private and group swim lessons are open and available all year for beginner, intermediate, and advanced swimmers. Lessons feature customizable schedules and times so that everyone can participate.
Classes for adults will begin in April and classes for children start in June. Call 830-997-1355 to register for a class or to schedule private swimming lessons.
