Throughout November, the Create Healthy Wellness Center will run a member appreciation promotion, including free group fitness classes and the opportunity to bring a non-member to class at no charge.
“We love our Wellness Center members and appreciate the opportunity to be part of their wellness and fitness journeys,” said Dawn Bourgeois, Create Heathy Wellness Center director. “Throughout November, we’re celebrating them with free group fitness classes and encouraging them to bring their friends and family members. Our group fitness classes are designed to be enjoyed together!”
Free group fitness classes are available throughout November for members who have basic and Club 24 memberships. Non-members are also welcome to try out group fitness classes throughout November. Childcare is also available at no extra cost for those attending fitness classes during regularly scheduled Kids Club hours.
In addition to its more than 25 current group fitness classes, the Wellness Center has added new varieties to its offerings: Zumba, Step It Up, Sculpt ‘n’ Strength, Pilates, Power Yoga, and Core, Balance & Barre Aqua Aerobics.
“The Create Healthy Wellness Center is one way Create Healthy invests in the health and wellness of our entire community,” said Jayne Pope, RN, CEO, Create Healthy. “We want physical activity to be fun and accessible so that as many people as possible in our community can build and sustain a lifelong fitness habit.”
