Create Healthy announces the success of its Fuel to the Fire 2024 matching grant initiative, which empowered Hill Country nonprofit organizations to maximize their year-end giving outreach efforts. Through this matching grant challenge, Create Healthy donated $228,370 ten nonprofit organizations across multiple counties.
By matching community contributions up to $25,000 per organization, Fuel to the Fire maximized every dollar raised, strengthening essential services in key focus areas, including:
Healthy Living – Supporting programs that promote wellness, active lifestyles, and improved quality of life for people of all ages.
Mental Health – Expanding access to critical mental health services for individuals and families in need.
Early Childhood Development – Ensuring children and families receive high-quality educational and developmental support.
“This initiative proves the power of collaboration,” said Jayne Pope, RN, CEO, Create Healthy. “By uniting donors, nonprofits, and our community in a shared mission, we’re helping strengthen organizations that provide life-changing services.”
