Create Healthy November Newsletter
Friends of Create Healthy,
We had an incredible turnout at this year’s Community Summit earlier this month. On behalf of the Create Healthy board and staff, I want to thank everyone who joined us and contributed their time, insight, and expertise. Each conversation reflected the deep commitment our local leaders have to the health and wellbeing of the Hill Country and reinforced Create Healthy’s investment in our communities.
Together, we also reviewed the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment and discussed how these findings will help shape Create Healthy’s strategic funding priorities for the years ahead.
As the holidays approach, Create Healthy continues to invest in local organizations through grantmaking and other philanthropic gifts. For the third year in a row, our Fuel to the Fire year-end giving campaign is underway where Create Healthy will match community giving by Dec. 31 up to $25,000 for ten Hill Country nonprofits.
Past the holidays and into 2026, I’m looking forward to seeing the Create Healthy Wellness Center expansion start to take shape. Our community’s wellness hub will have more space, more resources, and more programs so we can continue to reach and serve people in our community.
Thank you for being part of the work that’s helping build a healthier Hill Country for all. I’m especially grateful for the spirit of collaboration and community that drive our work.
With gratitude,

Jayne Pope, RN, MBA
