Create Healthy Wellness Center to Host 2026 Summer Kids Activities Round Up
The Create Healthy Wellness Center will host a 2026 Fredericksburg Community Kids Summer Activity Roundup to give families the opportunity to explore to explore youth programming and summer activities available throughout the Fredericksburg area. The free, drop-in event is open to the public and will feature local organizations sharing information about their summer offerings. Parents will be able to register their children for programs and activities during the event.
The Kids Summer Activity Roundup is designed to make summer planning easier for local families by bringing a wide range of opportunities together in one place. Programs represented at the event will include options focused on recreation, arts, faith-based activities, sports, enrichment, and community involvement.
“Summer can be such an important time for kids to stay active, keep learning, try new things, and build connections,” said Dawn Bourgeois, Director, Create Healthy Wellness Center. “There are so many great organizations in Fredericksburg offering meaningful opportunities for children, and this event gives families a simple way to see what is available, ask questions, and start planning for a fun and productive summer.”
