Hill Country MHDD – Promoting Community Wellness and Recovery

Create Healthy granted the Hill Country MHDD Center $191,749 to support the CHW-certified Care Navigator role.  Funding from this project will enable the Licensed Professional of Healing Arts (LPHA) to focus on providing expanded services to address individuals with stressful or traumatic experiences.
