Volunteer Appreciation WEEK Support

Giving Back to Those Who Give the Most

Recognizing the Volunteers of the Hill Country

Volunteers are the driving force behind so many impactful programs in our communities, and they should be celebrated. That’s why we’re launching this special initiative to help local nonprofits honor their volunteers during National Volunteer Appreciation Week, April 19-25, 2026.

If your organization is making a difference in mental health, childcare, healthy living, or health education in Gillespie, Blanco, Llano, or Mason Counties, or in Comfort, we invite you to apply for funding to support volunteer appreciation activities.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible for a sponsorship, you must:

  • Be a registered 501(c)(3) organization

  • Provide services in the following areas: Gillespie, Blanco, Llano, or Mason Counties, or in Comfort

  • Have volunteers that provide services in these areas: mental health, childcare and early childhood education, healthy living, health education, or food security

  • Use the funds exclusively for volunteer appreciation activities in April 2026
